An original WWII Irvin flying jacket, shaped by more than eighty years of age, wear and deterioration.

Our restoration centred on preserving what survived, retaining the original sheepskin, hardware, patina and character wherever possible, while carefully addressing the damage that threatened its future.

Each garment arrives with its own history, its marks and its challenges. In our Calderdale Valley workshop, every piece is assessed individually before any work begins.

Traditional methods, careful handwork and years of experience guide each restoration, with every decision made in response to the piece in front of us.
