Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all online orders, starting from the day your order is delivered.

How to Return

Simply email info@reviverestorevintage.co.uk within 30 days with your order number, and we'll send you return instructions. You don't need to give a reason.

Please return items in the condition they arrived. You’re welcome to try them on as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if an item has been worn, exposed to smoke or perfume, or handled beyond that. Including your original invoice helps us process your return quickly.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of us receiving your return, including the original standard delivery charge.

UK Returns

UK returns are free. We'll send you a prepaid, tracked return label.

International Returns

Return postage is at your cost. To make sure your return isn't held up at UK customs or charged import tax, please:

  • Write "Returned goods – relief claimed" clearly on the outside of the parcel.
  • On the customs form (CN22 or CN23), choose "Returned goods" as the reason, and describe the item as "Returned goods – [item name], originally purchased from Revive & Restore Vintage, order #[your order number]".
  • Enter the HS (tariff) code, country of origin and the value you paid, all shown on your original invoice.
  • Include our VAT number on the customs form: GB 476999305.
  • Address the parcel to Revive & Restore Vintage at the address in your return instructions.
  • If you're sending with a courier, tell them you're claiming Returned Goods Relief.
  • Include a copy of your original invoice inside the parcel.

If the parcel isn't labelled this way, UK customs may charge import tax on arrival, and we may need to deduct this from your refund.

Import duties paid at checkout go to customs in your country and can't be refunded by us, but you may be able to reclaim them locally.
