A rare wartime relic of WWII history. This officer’s trench coat was more than a uniform—it was presence, protection, and authority stitched into one. Issued to high-ranking Wehrmacht Heer and Luftwaffe officers during the Second World War, it was built for endurance on the battlefield and designed to command respect. Cut from exceptionally heavy horsehide in a deep dark green tone, the leather is dense, pliable, and rich with character shaped by time.

Its double-breasted front, broad lapels, and belted waist give it the silhouette of command, while deep functional pockets and a removable wool liner reflect its purpose in harsh, shifting climates. Every crease, every scuff, every patina mark adds to its story—a piece of field gear that functioned as both armour and status.

Professionally cleaned and conditioned using specialist heritage techniques, the leather remains strong and supple. The original wool liner has been carefully preserved and cleaned, maintaining both warmth and authenticity. All hardware is intact—original buttons, belt fastenings, and sleeve straps—without modern replacements. This coat hasn’t been reimagined or altered. It’s been preserved.
