Built for power, designed for survival. This Swedish military trench coat, made between the 1940s and early 1950s, was issued to officers and dispatch riders facing unforgiving Nordic winters. Purpose-built and battle-ready, it was designed to insulate the body while projecting unmistakable authority. Crafted from heavyweight vegetable-tanned leather and lined in thick wool stamped with the Swedish three-crown insignia, it delivers lasting warmth, structure, and presence.

A plush shearling collar adds both function and flair—wear it closed for protection or open for effortless confidence. The double-breasted front retains all original buttons, while the reinforced shoulder yoke, deep-set pockets, and adjustable cuff straps give the coat its commanding silhouette. From field duty to post-war reissue, this piece holds its ground as a rare example of Scandinavian military design at its best.

Professionally restored using specialist leather techniques, the jacket remains structurally sound with a naturally worn patina. The wool lining is intact and functional, with the three-crown insignia still clearly visible. The shearling collar is soft, warm, and full of character. All buttons and hardware remain original and operational, down to the adjustable cuffs and shoulder epaulettes.
