If you’re after a jacket that doesn’t just make an entrance—but owns the room—this is it. Made in post-war Germany in the late 1940s, this rider’s jacket is the real deal: built for the road, cut for movement, and styled to stand out. Worn by early motorcyclists who needed reliability without sacrificing swagger, it fits like a second skin and wears with unmistakable presence.

Crafted from tight-grain, chrome-tanned calfskin, the leather is mid-weight and beautifully aged with a deep, natural patina. The original wool lining offers warmth and breathability, while the bi-swing back ensures freedom of movement. Two angled hand-warmer pockets sit up front, and both waist and cuff belts allow for a tailored, dialed-in fit. The main zipper has been sympathetically replaced with a period-correct bronze German zip—seamlessly integrated with the jacket’s original hardware.

Professionally cleaned and conditioned, the leather retains its flexibility and strength while gaining richness in tone. The wool lining remains largely original, with discreet repairs at the hemline that disappear when worn. Surface creasing, light scuffs, and subtle abrasions speak to its journey—adding to its raw, lived-in character.
